Melis ABACIOGLU
Melis ABACIOÄžLU, the founding partner of ABACIOGLU IP SERVICES, is an attorney at law and a qualified trademark and patent attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

With over 15 years of experience practicing in the IP field, she is handling both prosecution and litigation matters and she is representing her local and international clients with a special focus on trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights, and plant breeder’s rights.

Melis, accompanied by her studies in the IP field, has co-authored the book 'Trademark and Patent Attorney Qualification Examinations Question Bank' along with numerous other IP publications.
She continuously expands her expertise by actively participating in Intellectual Property Associations. Currently, she holds the esteemed position of Vice President of AIPPI Türkiye.
